This project is located in Wulipai Village, Sanhe Town, Hongze County, Huai 'an City, Jiangsu Province, with an installed capacity of 6+4.05MWp. It is constructed on the water surface, all of which are installed with fixed supports, and the land is about 160 mu. The photovoltaic area of this project is divided into 10 generating electronics units, with a total of 39,424 photovoltaic modules of 255W installed, 20 500kW inverters and 10 1000kVA box transformers. Connect to huaian local power grid with 10kV voltage class. Supporting construction of a 10kV confluent station.
